YWCA Santa Monica / Westside staff is hard working, well educated and deeply committed to social service and the Mission of the YWCA. Each individual is uniquely qualified for his/her position and all of our programs benefit from staff experience and diversity.

Board of Directors

The YWCA Santa Monica / Westside Board of Directors comprises corporate and community leaders who are dedicated to the Mission of the organization and committed to achieving its goals through guided service delivery and implementation of the YWCA Strategic Plan. As volunteers, each member provides professional knowledge, hands-on assistance, community contacts, and financial support by serving on Board committees, participating in special events, and assisting with the launch of new programs.
